Repairs and Product Lifetime

InterX Devices and Accessory Electrodes

We design and manufacture all of our products to withstand plenty of use, travel, and wear. But in order for our neuropathic pain treatment devices to maintain their accuracy and precision, they do have their limits. Here’s everything you need to know about our device repair and lifetime information and policies. Remember, you must contact customer service at 972-665-1810 to obtain a return authorization number for any repair request.

Product Lifetime

The Product Lifetime of the InterX 5002 Professional Device and the InterX 1000 Personal device is five years from the date of your purchase. If you purchased your device from an authorized distributor, the five-year lifetime being at the end user’s date of purchase. The Product Lifetime of all electrodes is three years from date of purchase and the same rules apply regarding timeline.

Shipping for Repairs

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the repair facility. Repairs are warranted for 60 days after repair ship date.

Please note:

  • Repair services are not available for devices over 10 years old.
  • A broken connector is the only reparable part on any accessory electrode or flexible array.
  • Most repairs are complete within 30 working days from day it arrives at our facility.
